Brethren I am pleased to announce that we have just
launched our Moderated Mailing List called UK-Masonry
This list is designed to compliment the web site and
will only be available to Freemasons who are Master
Masons. All applications will be vetted before
acceptance and the list will be moderated to ensure that
it is used correctly.
There are many other similar mailing lists on the
Internet - some good and some bad - but ours we hope
will become the best. We will treat our members with
respect and as adults. We will remember at all times
that we are all part of the same Brotherhood and that we
all have something to bring to the list.
The Rules and Regulations will be kept to a minimum and,
hopefully, easy to understand. They will be administered
strictly but fairly and will always be subject to review
as the list grows. We are the first to admit that we
must remain open minded relating to Regulations and only
apply them when needed.
The list is only open to Brethren who have been Raised.
Whilst the list is not Tyled - so caution must be
observed with postings - topics for discussion can
encompass the whole of Freemasonry so furthering
knowledge and understanding. Members must be in Lodges/Provinces
recognised by UGLE and strict observance of the Rules &
Regulations relating to this mailing list must be
observed at all times
Rules & Regulations. To enable the list to
function and to ensure that it is used correctly then
there must be Rules & Regulations. We have tried to keep
them as simple as possible and time taken to read
through them carefully will be well spent.
These Rules will be administered strongly but we are not
in the market of reprimanding people, but will help and
guide where needed to ensure the Rules are observed.
Only those members continually abusing the Rules will be
admonished.
Please read the Rules & Regulations before applying. You
